Meet the Democratic District Leaders for District 24-B
Susan
Seinfeld
Susan Seinfeld is a co-leader of the Eleanor Roosevelt Regular Democratic Club of Queens with John P. Albert and is the Democratic District Leader for the 24th Assembly District, Part B. She has been a resident of Floral Park for 33 years. Since earning her degree in Social Work in 1977, she worked for a congressman, three NYC council members and was District Manager of Queens Community Board 11, bringing her concern for individuals and the community to work in the government. Susan is an active leader in her neighborhood having been a PTA president, temple Sisterhood president, currently a member of her civic association, an active board member of the local senior center. Susan has been happily married for 41 years and has two children and three grandchildren.
John P. Albert
John P. Albert, Esq. is a co-leader of the Eleanor Roosevelt Regular Democratic Club of Queens with Susan Seinfeld and is the Democratic District Leader for the 24th Assembly District, Part B. John has more than 20 years of experience advocating for neighborhoods in eastern Queens. In 2019, John was selected as one of the "Queens Power 100", a list of the most influential people in the borough by City & State magazine. John is an adult leader in the local Cub Scouts pack and is active in numerous local organizations. John has helped pass dozens of laws at the city and state level and has helped secure funds for parks, after-school programs and a variety of social services organizations. John and his wife, Kavita, have two school-age children.

Club
The Eleanor Roosevelt Regular Democratic Club of Queens (ERRDCQ) has its roots in the Eastern Queens Women's Democratic Club. The club has a long history of impactful work in the neighborhood and is the "home" club of generations of effective community leaders. Our focus is on building community where civic participation is a key element of a strong and diverse community. The club is a big tent Democratic club reflecting the open and inclusive values of the neighborhoods we serve: (from West to East) Briarwood, Parkway Village, Hillcrest, St. John's University, Jamaica Estates, Oakland Gardens, Hollis Hills, Bellerose, Floral Park and Glen Oaks. Everyone is welcome at the Eleanor Roosevelt Regular Democratic Club of Queens.
